Block XP SP 3 and Vista SP1 From Windows Automatic Updates

If you are happy and content with Windows XP SP2 or Windows Vista and you don't want that automatic updates should install XP SP3 or Vista SP1 on your computer then you can use this tool from Intelliadmin.
