Withdraw Funds from Paypal to Any Bank in India

Paypal is the most secure way to do transactions online without revealing credit card details. The good news for Indian users is that they can now withdraw money to their Indian bank accounts within 7 days of submission of request. Paypal deducts a small fee of Rs. 50 if the total withdrawal amount is less than 7000 INR.

First, add a bank account to Paypal and then follow these steps to request for a fund withdrawal.

  1. Login to your Paypal account
  2. Click on Withdrawal under “My Account” tab
  3. Click the first option which says “Withdraw funds to your bank account
  4. Enter the amount to withdraw and select a bank account
  5. Click Continue to proceed to the final step
  6. Paypal will display the withdrawal amount in your local currency
  7. Click Withdraw to complete the withdrawal process

Generally it takes 3-4 days to get the fund deposited in your bank account. Be cautious to provide accurate informations such as account number, IFSC code etc, else the amount will be returned to your Paypal account and a return fee will be charged. Visit RBI's website to find IFSC code for your Bank.

Fix GTA 4 DD3D30 (D3D) Error in Windows 7

GTA IV is a action-adventure video game with high quality graphics, sound effects, various stages and characters.It is the sixth 3D game in the Grand Theft Auto series. Grand Theft Auto IV has already received overwhelmingly positive reviews, becoming one of the highest-rated games of all time on Games review websites.

Officially the game is compatible with Windows 7 but some of the users get the following error when pressing the “Play” button
DD3D30
D3D Error – Please re-boot your system
This problem continues even after changing the compatibility mode to Windows Vista or Windows XP for the game or rebooting the system.

Here is a workaround to fix this by reducing the color quaility from highest quality of True Color (32 bit) to lower quality of High Color (16 bit). Right click on Desktop >> select Screen Resolution >> Advanced settings >> Monitor tab. and change the display resolution. Else you can also reduce the desktop display resolution to 800×600 pixels as GTA 4 runs properly at this resolution. Once you are in the game, change back to original resolution.

Few of Windows 7 users, like me, can get the error while installing Google Chrome, Google Earth or any other Google product:

The error means that your computer is currently in Windows Audit Mode and is conflicting with the installation. To solve the problem of Google update installation failed you need to modify your registry:

1. Go to Start->Run and type in the following and then press OK: regedit
2. Find the following reg key:

For Windows 7/Vista: The value of 'ImageState' in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup\State
For XP: The value of 'AuditInProgress' in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\Setup

3. Right click the reg key and select Modify
4. Delete the value then press OK.

Install Windows 7 From a USB Drive

Windows 7 can run on machines with lower specs than required for Windows Vista. Infact, many users are actually finding it runs better than Windows XP on lower spec machines. Windows 7 is also ideal to run on newer netbooks, but unfortunately many of these do not include a DVD drive so here is a trick to install windows 7 on a machine without a DVD drive by using a USB Drive.

How To Install Windows 7 From A USB Drive

windows 7 usb1. Plug a 4GB USB Drive into your computer.
2. Press Win Key + R to open Run. Type cmd and click OK. Once cmd is open type diskpart and a new window will open
3. In the new diskpart window type:

* ‘list disk’ : This lists all the disk drives attached to your machine
* Look for your USB drive and note the number and then type: ’select disk #’, where ‘#’ is your USB disk number
* then type ‘clean’
* then type ‘create partition primary’
* then ’select partition 1′
* then ‘active’
* then ‘format fs=fat32 quick’

Once you’ve finished these steps you need to copy your Windows 7 files to the USB. To do this mount your Windows 7 ISO as a virtual DVD:

1. Install MagicDisk (free)
2. Once installed, right-click on MagicDisk in your system tray click on ‘Virtual CD/DVD-Rom’, select your DVD drive
3. then ‘Mount’ and in the dialog window that opens up, select your Windows 7 ISO
4. Now in windows Explorer, click on your DVD drive and you should see all the Windows 7 Files. All you have to do now is copy and paste all the files to your USB key and you have a Windows 7 USB Installation Stick!
5. Plug in the stick in the PC you want to install Windows 7 on and boot up by configuring BIOS to boot from USB Drive.

Experience the power and the features of Windows 7 on your computer!
